Here’s the playbook:
1. Rebuild Your Foundation
Athletes start with movement, sleep, recovery, and mental reset.
Professionals need the same: simplify commitments, clean up your schedule, tighten routines, eliminate distractions.
2. Study the Game Film
Review your past year as if you were a high performance coach:
What consistently worked?
What repeatedly derailed you?
What small adjustments would change everything?
3. Set Training Blocks, Not Resolutions
Athletes don’t “resolve” to improve. They schedule intentional blocks of training.
Try 4–6 week focus phases for:
deep work
learning
business development
health
relationships
4. Build Your Support Team
No athlete succeeds alone.
Your team may include a mentor, coach, trainer, therapist, partner, or accountability partner.
5. Prepare for Game Speed
January routines become April performance and October results.
